Echoing the above motto, Shri Shikshayatan School was founded on January 3, 1954 to empower education amongst young women by enlightening and engaging their bright minds to foster a progressive nation. A lamp has been placed as our logo – “Prajwalito Dyanamay Padeepaha” – which means “a lamp of knowledge has been lit and that all may bathe in its sight”. The blue outline is the indication that the sky is the limit.
