Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Vidyalaya was founded on 3rd August 1969, by a band of dedicated men, under the leadership of our Dynamic Founder Secretary Vidya Seva Ratnam Auditor K.SANTHANAM, and his team. As the Institution was founded in the Birth Centenary Year of Mahatma Gandhi, it was appropriately named Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Vidyalaya. A statue of Mahatma Gandhi has also been installed in the campus, to inspire the young children.
