In the series of schools run by 'Vidya Bharati' inspired by the said motivation of Swami Vivekananda, the plot was purchased from Kanpur Development Authority in Lakhanpur with the help of Dr. Ishwar Chandra Gupta, Chairman of Jai Narayan Charitable Trust and Satyaprias of his followers. The foundation stone was laid by Kamlo by the sage Madhav Rao Devle.
